It is important to understand what elements make a good movie. In this project, we will explore on those elements with data collect from Rotten Tomatoes.
In general, critics and common audiences in general have common taste.
However, it is also notable that people's view divides from critics' for some movies.
A horror movie It Comes at Night is one them. According to Micheal Kennedy,
this divied review is due to the "false marketing" of the movie. Instead of a fast-paced suspense tale as promoted, It Comes at Night is indeed brooding and meditative.
Movies from “Japan”, “Hong Kong”, and “Bollywood” have the highest scores.
